• Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and build trust from the first interaction
• Document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
• Communicate recommended services and maintenance
• Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality work completion
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
• Experience meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Respond promptly to customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.
• Follow up with customers to support the service process.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short/long term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
