We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed healthcare professionals across our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter who excels at building relationships, sourcing top talent, solving complex hiring challenges, and partnering with leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions from requisition through onboarding.
  • Recruit licensed healthcare professionals including RNs, LVNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, SLPs, MSWs, HHAs, and other healthcare roles.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, Boolean searches, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, workforce planning, and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Forecast recruiting activity based on growth, turnover, census, and operational demands.
  • Provide market insights and recruiting strategy recommendations to hiring leaders.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Verify licensure, certifications, and employment qualifications while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, credentialing, onboarding, and operational leaders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Lorian Health at networking events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Strengthen Lorian Health's employer brand across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Recruit for additional clinical and non-clinical positions as business needs require.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle healthcare or clinical recruiting experience.
  • Proven success recruiting licensed healthcare professionals including RN, LVN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW, and other clinical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience recruiting within home health, hospice, hospital, outpatient, or other healthcare environments.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and reports to drive hiring decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Home health or hospice recruiting experience.
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar ATS platforms.
  • Experience developing recruiting dashboards and workforce planning reports.
  • SHRM, HRCI, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter certifications.
