Position Summary
Midwest Electric & Generator is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support our office operations through customer service and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departmentsÂ
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systemsÂ
- Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion of servicesÂ
- Assist with job setup, including:Â
- Pulling permitsÂ
- Scheduling inspectionsÂ
- Coordinating meter upgradesÂ
- Maintain DOT vehicle logsÂ
- Update CRM systems and customer profiles dailyÂ
- Schedule generator service appointmentsÂ
- Route technicians and assist with capacity planningÂ
- Support service agreement upgrades and upsell opportunitiesÂ
- Respond to customer reviews and inquiries

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and phone communication skillsÂ
- High attention to detail and task-oriented mindsetÂ
- Ability to adapt to changing prioritiesÂ
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist othersÂ
- Proficient with:Â
- Desktop computers and phone systemsÂ
- Multiple software platformsÂ
- Laptops and tablets (iPad)Â
- Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)Â
- Ability to pass a background checkÂ
Experience Requirements:
- Computer skills: 2+ years (required)Â
- Administrative experience: 1+ year (required)
