Position Summary

Midwest Electric & Generator is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support our office operations through customer service and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments 
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems 
  • Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion of services 
  • Assist with job setup, including: 
    • Pulling permits 
    • Scheduling inspections 
    • Coordinating meter upgrades 
  • Maintain DOT vehicle logs 
  • Update CRM systems and customer profiles daily 
  • Schedule generator service appointments 
  • Route technicians and assist with capacity planning 
  • Support service agreement upgrades and upsell opportunities 
  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills 
  • High attention to detail and task-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities 
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others 
  • Proficient with: 
    • Desktop computers and phone systems 
    • Multiple software platforms 
    • Laptops and tablets (iPad) 
  • Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred) 
  • Ability to pass a background check 

Experience Requirements:

  • Computer skills: 2+ years (required) 
  • Administrative experience: 1+ year (required)
