We are looking for someone to join us as a Quick Lane Advisor at our Ford Quick Lane location in Elk River. Closes repair orders as appropriate and gets all warranty and internal RO's to admin for elm processing and closing Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Make sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly. Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. Maintains a professional appearance. Keep the work area clean. Complete required Manufacture training in a timely manner.
