Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, options, accessories, and protection products. Conduct vehicle test drives while following all safety and dealership guidelines. Explain pricing, financing options, and vehicle value clearly and professionally. Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, technology, and industry trends. Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive dealership culture. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience required. Previous sales experience is a plus (automotive sales experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer and internet proficiency.
