Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in apartment complexes and commercial spaces
• Respond promptly and empathetically to service requests
• Maintain accurate job records using an iPad and internal systems
• Collaborate with a supportive team to exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential/commercial maintenance preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of building systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22–$28+ per hour based on experience
