SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience with automotive, marine, or manufacturing buffing and polishing preferred.
Knowledge of polishing compounds, buffing techniques, and surface finishing processes preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to identify and correct finish-related defects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to cross-train and support departmental needs.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when necessary to meet production demands.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, body shop, paint prep, or automotive experience preferred.
Ability to use hand tools, sanding equipment, and preparation materials safely.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
