Summary:Â Â Â
Responsible for cleaning the Toll Plaza offices and buildings. This position travel to various locations and orders/supplies ITR locations with janitorial supplies.
The position does not qualify for a remote or hybrid work schedule and must work on-site.Â
Relationships:
•   All departments and employees of ITRCC
•   Works with TMC Supervisor and Manager.
Responsibilities:
•   Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC’s safety culture, attends all safety training, and completes all compliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
•   Upholds ITRCC’s core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
•   Vacuums, sweeps, and mops keeping into consideration cross contamination i.e. from bathrooms common areas.
•   Dusts, sanitizes, and washes windows throughout the building.
•   Performs minor ground maintenance, such as snow and trash removal. Spreads salt near doorways.
•   Cleans stairwells, dusts ledges, organizes supplies, and cleans the refrigerator.Â
•   Cleans up after special events held in conference rooms.
•   Maintains appropriate inventory regarding supplies and budget threshold.Â
•   Assist in training new custodial personnel.
•   Fills in for and assists other custodians when needed in special details, projects or PTO
•   Booth cleaning and completion of cleanliness in all booths, toll plazas and checklist in restrooms.
•   Reads emails, completes assigned LMS. Attends safety training and all mandatory supervisor meetings.
•   Completes JIRA safety related tickets (see something say something, near miss reporting)
•   Fuels company van, organizes supplies maintaining scheduled oil changes and submitting vehicle checklist to TMC Manager.
•   All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: (required)Â Â Â
•   High school diploma/ GED
•   Good driving record
•   Able to comprehend company safety policies for driving
•   Valid driver’s license
•   Ability to check email
•   Ability to utilize company cell phone
Desirable Experience:Â
•   6 months – 1 year experience working in a similar position
Working Conditions:Â
•   This position requires: (Frequent est. 5 hrs per shift)
