About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, fixing problems, learning mechanical systems, and gaining experience in manufacturing.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, machining, or industrial maintenance. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
You will assist with basic facility upkeep, preventive maintenance tasks, machine support, and general shop improvements while working alongside experienced team members.

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience using hand tools or power tools
- Automotive, farm, construction, or shop experience
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Forklift experience
- Interest in machining, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment
- Help troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
- Perform general facility upkeep and repairs
- Support machine operators and maintenance personnel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas
- Assist with moving equipment, materials, and tooling
- Operate forklifts or company equipment as needed
- Follow company safety procedures and 5S standards
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
