Bruno's Pizza of Elkhart is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team! If you love crafting delicious, made-from-scratch pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

Prepare and hand-toss pizza dough to order specifications
Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and accuracy
Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
Maintain a clean and organized prep station throughout each shift
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with ingredient prep, stocking, and inventory as needed
Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

Prior experience in a pizza kitchen or food service environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
