What You’ll Love About This PRN Role Flexible scheduling—you choose the shifts that fit your life Competitive PRN rates Supportive leadership that listens and values your clinical voice Opportunities to pick up additional hours if desired A warm, welcoming therapy department that feels like family What You'll Do As a PRN PT serving our Elkhorn senior care community, you will: Complete functional mobility and physical performance assessments Create individualized treatment plans tailored to resident needs Provide skilled PT interventions that improve mobility, strength, and quality of life Educate residents, families, and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility Recommend assistive devices and functional adaptations Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PT program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin PT licensure Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism A passion for improving the lives of older adults Ready to Make a Real Difference—On Your Terms?
