Responsibilities:
1. Greet and direct members, ask appropriate questions to assess the members true needs. Ensure Member traffic is directed to the proper department. Process financial and member service transactions in a courteous and efficient manner.
2. May perform card services duties such as ordering cards, placing holds on cards.
3. Research and resolve member inquiries regarding account statements, disputes, and monetary adjustments. Assist with online banking inquiries.
4. Order checks, process address changes, etc.
5. Process and distribute mail daily.
6. Direct Members for notary services as required.
7. Cross-sell other credit union services.
8. Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
9. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
10. Perform other duties, projects or tasks as assigned.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and other office software
- Bilingual (Spanish) helpful but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
