Position Overview:

The Picker/Inventory Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and organizing inventory to support production and order fulfillment. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring materials are readily available, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and stage materials for production and customer orders based on pick lists.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the system by updating counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse storage areas for efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment when needed.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as trained.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Forklift certification a plus (training can be provided).
