Key Responsibilities:
- Answering a multi-line phone system and providing assistance to callers
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions
- Using computer systems to process customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges
- General office duties such as filing, inventory management, and assisting the Office Manager with other tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and on the phone
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
- A positive work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or GED required
- Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
