Key Responsibilities
 Supervise warehouse floor operations including automated workflows
 Manage labor allocation based on workload and automation throughput
 Ensure compliance with retailer programs (Walmart OTIF, Ulta, CVS, etc.)
 Monitor WMS transactions aligned with SAP delivery order types
 Drive continuous improvement in automation utilization
 Analyze KPI performance and implement corrective actions
 Coach supervisors and associates

Performance Metrics
 OTIF ≥ 98%
 Labor cost per unit
 Automation uptime and throughput alignment
 Inventory accuracy ≥ 99.5%
 Chargeback reduction
 

Qualifications
 3–5 years warehouse leadership experience
 Experience with automation systems (AutoStore, sortation, robotics)
 Knowledge of SAP, WMS, WES systems and intregration
 Experience with retailer compliance programs
