The Assistant Warehouse Operations Manager supports daily operational leadershipacross inbound, outbound, automation, and inventory functions. This role ensures system
accuracy, retailer compliance, labor e􀆯iciency, and integration between SAP and WMS
processes.

Key Responsibilities
ď‚· Supervise warehouse floor operations including automated workflows
ď‚· Manage labor allocation based on workload and automation throughput
ď‚· Ensure compliance with retailer programs (Walmart OTIF, Ulta, CVS, etc.)
ď‚· Monitor WMS transactions aligned with SAP delivery order types
ď‚· Drive continuous improvement in automation utilization
ď‚· Analyze KPI performance and implement corrective actions
ď‚· Coach supervisors and associates

 OTIF ≥ 98%
ď‚· Labor cost per unit
ď‚· Automation uptime and throughput alignment
 Inventory accuracy ≥ 99.5%

Qualifications
 3–5 years warehouse leadership experience
ď‚· Experience with automation systems (AutoStore, sortation, robotics)
ď‚· Knowledge of SAP, WMS, WES systems and intregration
ď‚· Experience with retailer compliance programs
