Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cook Supervisor to join our caring, mission-driven community. If you are passionate about culinary excellence, team leadership, and creating exceptional dining experiences, we invite you to bring your talents to our organization.  This role offers one day off during the week and every other weekend off. Standard operating hours are 12:00pm to 8:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays. Schedules may be adjusted as needed to support department staffing and operational demands. Minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary experience, with prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Knowledge of clinical and dietary requirements for residents across varying levels of care. ServSafe Certification required; must be obtained or renewed within 90 days of hire, if expired. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and handling practices in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
