Job DetailsJob Location: THE LUTHERAN VILLAGE AT MILLERS GRANT INC - ELLICOTT CITY, MD 21042Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.72 HourlyJoin our team at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant! We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to help create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents. In this role, you will assist with activity programs, special events, outings, and resident engagement while promoting a positive and enriching environment. This will get to support our residents in our Memory Care neighborhood! Full-Time Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Every other weekend required (alternate days off provided)   If you are passionate about enriching the lives of older adults and creating memorable experiences, we encourage you to apply today!   What You Will Do as Life Enrichment Assistant:  Assist with planning and leading activities, events, and community outings. Encourage and escort residents to activities and meals. Maintain activity calendars and schedules. Decorate for holidays, seasons, and special events. Document resident participation and preferences in PointClickCare. Build positive relationships with residents and support their social and emotional well-being. Assist with resident assessments, volunteer programs, and other department responsibilities. Attend required meetings and training programs.   Why Join Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant? Eligible to attend a state-approved activity training course. Valid Maryland driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Preferred- At least one year of experience working with older adults preferred.
