- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Help residents with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Take and record vital signs when required.
- Assist residents with transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and mobility equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging social interaction and participation in activities.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with nurses, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures in accordance with facility policies.
- Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
- CNA preferred but not required.
- Salary starting at $17.00
