QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license
• Connecticut State D or S License

At least 2 years of HVAC experience is preferred.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime opportunities available, and all employees report to a central location before traveling in company vehicle to their assigned job sites.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

In this role, you'll communicate directly with customers to review equipment placement and project expectations. You'll also coordinate your crew to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, oversee equipment installation, piping, and terminations, complete startup and closeout paperwork, and maintain the high workmanship standards that define Homestead Comfort.
