Join our team at Hampton Square Apartments, one of Cherry Hill's newly constructed, premier luxury apartment communities. We’re hiring a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help us deliver top-quality service and comfort to our residents.

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. Tasks include:
- Proactively maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances.
- Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests.
- Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance installation and maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED
- Full-time availability, including ability to be on-call
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
