Responsibilities:

Provide full-scope primary care to residents
Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Active NP or PA license in the state of New Jersey
DEA license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
Nursing home experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Highly competitive salary: $150,000–$155,000 annually
