Compensation:  Beginning at $72,251 commensurate on relevant experience Ellsworth County Medical Center is looking for a Clinic Nurse Manager who is ready to lead with purpose and help shape the future of rural healthcare. In this role, you’ll help guide the daily operations of our Outpatient Specialty Clinics and Rural Health Clinics, working closely with our Clinic Administrator to keep workflows efficient, teams supported, and patient care exceptional. This is a leadership role for someone who loves both people and process — balancing patient care, team support, and operational excellence. ✨ What You'll Do Lead Clinic Operations Oversee day-to-day operations for ECMC’s outpatient specialty and rural health clinics Keep clinic workflows organized, efficient, and patient-centered Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator to continuously improve operations ‍⚕️ Support & Grow the Team Guide and support clinic nursing staff Coordinate schedules to ensure clinics are fully staffed and running smoothly Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Champion Quality & Compliance Help develop clinic policies, procedures, and care protocols Monitor quality metrics and support improvement initiatives Stay current on regulations for Rural Health Clinics and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards Help Drive Smart Operations Provide input during the budgeting process Manage vendor relationships and clinic supply needs Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience What Makes You a Great Fit Passion for team leadership and mentorship Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of rural health clinic regulations Commitment to high-quality patient care Ability to juggle operations, people, and improvement initiatives Why People Love Working at ECMC At Ellsworth County Medical Center, we believe healthcare is about community, connection, and making a difference where it matters most. Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education:       Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business Administration or a related field required.  Equivalent experience considered. Experience: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in healthcare or clinical management required. Preferred Skills:     Strong analytical capability to fully understand healthcare laws and regulations. Skills in interpreting rules and regulations, and establishing/updating policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain standards of care Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language. High degree of technical aptitude to maintain current on healthcare advances in technology Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and technical & project management; Strong attention to detail Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills Certifications/Registrations: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in the State of Kansas, CPR/BLS required, ACLS current or within 90 days of hire, PALS preferred.
