Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education:      Completed Certified Nurse Assistant program and minimum age of 17 required; High School Diploma, or equivalent preferred Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in hospital setting preferred Preferred Skills:    Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language. Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills Must have basic computer and Microsoft Office program skills, electronic medical record experience, and the ability to operate required nursing equipment.
