Overview

Dental Patient Relations Coordinator - Bilingual (Polish speaking)

Cameo Dental Specialists - Elmhurst location

 

We are seeking a friendly, organized, bilingual (Polish speaking) Dental Patient Relations Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and one Saturday a month

*Must be open to traveling to other Cameo locations as needed


Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Polish)
  • 1+ years of dental front office experience

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
