As the Service Manager of the Elmhurst location, you will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role requires strong leadership to develop and mentor a high-performing service team, maintain long-term client relationships, and implement effective cost controls. You will play a key role in shaping the service department’s success from the ground up while maintaining accurate service records and achieving operational objectives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
  • Monitor and control the performance of the department using appropriate reporting and tracking systems.
  • Monitor technicians’ daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with vocational and technical schools to enhance personnel recruitment activities.
  • Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
  • Establish and maintain 72-hour follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction with service.
  • Maintain reporting systems required by general management and corporate personnel.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 7 years of related industry experience preferred
  • 2 years of related industry experience required
  • 1 -2 years of prior management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in business management preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually plus operational performance bonus. Base salary will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education.
