What You'll Do

As a QIDP, you will coordinate, supervise, and support residential and day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor person-centered services for individuals receiving residential and day supports
Facilitate and oversee Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) within Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans
Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and agency standards
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
Monitor program quality and advocate for the needs and goals of individuals supported
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care
Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, staff, and external providers
Assist in identifying and addressing service needs through proactive problem-solving and planning

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Must meet Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) requirements as defined by Federal Medicaid Regulations
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Experience in residential or day program settings
Social Work or Human Services background
