Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an experienced Club Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New Jersey. UBS Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Elmont, New York, next to the Belmont Park race track. The home to the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL) hosts around 150 major events annually.

• Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment with Delaware North programs
• Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
• Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards

• Minimum of three years' experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or premium experience preferably in a sports and entertainment atmosphere
• Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required
• Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff
• No degree required
