Job Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule maintenance calls and appointments by booking inbound calls and responding to customer emails
• Promote and sell products and services to existing customers based on their needs
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve issues in a friendly, courteous manner
• Assist in managing overflow calls to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Make 100+ calls daily, including scheduling and confirming maintenance appointments while maintaining strong productivity
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, scheduling details, and any sales or services performed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in a customer‑focused or call center setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills with both customers and team members
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and commitment to delivering high‑quality service
• Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
• Computer/software proficiency is a plus
