Receptionist Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional and welcoming manner
- Assist in greeting customers who enter the dealership
- Assist Management as necessary with administrative tasks
- Assist with cashier duties as needed by the sales department
- Assist with Entry Level AccountingÂ
- Other duties as assigned
Receptionist Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
