Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives to support warehouse operations by communicating with clients and maintaining accurate information related to orders and shipments. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable using computers and interacting with customers via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding orders and shipment status
- Enter and update data accurately using warehouse systems and PC-based tools
- Support warehouse operations by coordinating information between teams
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries related to shipping or order processing
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Strong PC and basic computer skills required
- Prior customer service or clerical experience a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
