 The Work-Based Learning Program Developer facilitates work-based learning opportunities that connect students with employers in in-demand fields of study while supporting LCCC’s earn-and-learn programs. This position coordinates employer engagement activities, collaborates with faculty and college personnel, supports student outreach and recruitment, monitors curriculum updates, and tracks work-based learning activities.

The Program Developer builds relationships with employers whose workforce needs align with the college’s degree programs and coordinates employer visits with faculty. Responsibilities also include assisting with recruitment of high school and adult students, presenting program updates to LCCC advisors, organizing program information sessions, and working directly with students.

This role supports student success by helping identify work-based learning and employment opportunities and by connecting students with resources such as resume preparation, interview training, and employability skill development. The Program Developer also assists faculty in helping students understand work-based learning program requirements and tracks employer and student engagement activities.
