  • Produce advanced design documentation, including code analyses, life safety plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications for large-scale projects.
  • Develop studies, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply International Building Code and other regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure constructible, integrated designs.
  • Oversee quality reviews, coordination meetings, and technical verification of design documents.
  • Support construction activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and progress reporting.
  • Assist project managers with resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, and deliverable quality.
  • Mentor architectural staff and act as Architect of Record for assigned projects.
  • Resolve complex design, code, and construction challenges.
