Hospice of the East Bay (HEB) is a community-based nonprofit hospice and palliative care organization that has been serving patients and families with compassion and dignity for nearly 50 years. We provide hospice and palliative care in patients' homes and in our six-bed inpatient hospice facility, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care wherever they are most comfortable. Our interdisciplinary team works together to support not only our patients but also their loved ones, offering bereavement services for a minimum of one year after a loss. Through our sponsored care program, we remain committed to providing care regardless of a patient's ability to pay.

At Hospice of the East Bay, our employees are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to have been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the past six consecutive years, reflecting our supportive culture, collaborative teams, and shared commitment to making a meaningful difference every day.
