Ratcliff’s Healthcare Practice is a regional leader in the planning and design of complex healthcare facilities, including acute and ambulatory care facilities as well as medical campus master plans. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of a major new hospital building project. Join our team and contribute to positively transforming the built environment.Â
What You’ll Be DoingÂ
- Plan, design, and organize internal work for healthcare-focused projects throughout all phases. These activities will begin with a focus on this singular, significant projectÂ
- Manage construction administration servicesÂ
- Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory agenciesÂ
- Perform or oversee quality control and technical reviewsÂ
- Perform as a backup to the Principal-in-Charge for client communicationsÂ
- Participate in 360 learning-mentoring opportunities and efforts to improve efficiencyÂ
Requirements

Who We’re Looking ForÂ
- Ready to join the project team soonÂ
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience with production and/or construction administration of architectural projects, including freestanding Type I buildings…Some California healthcare project experience is essentialÂ
- Minimum BArch degreeÂ
- Architectural licensure is preferredÂ
- LEED accreditation is considered a plusÂ
- Must work well in a collaborative/integrated environmentÂ
- Strong management, communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Strong technical, production and people skills, with software proficiency that includes Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam and Microsoft 365 applications Â
