Location: 33 Apache Circle; Eminence, KY 40019
Pay Range: $21 – $24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time - 8:00am - 4:30pm + 24/7 on call

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders using company-provided technology
- Perform unit turns as directed by the Community Leader
- Log detailed completion notes in the work order system
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls (may include on-call rotation)
- Maintain required certifications
- Keep all community areas in top condition
- Support other related maintenance tasks as assigned
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of general maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing and/or electrical knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Frequent walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Visual, auditory, and verbal capabilities with reasonable accommodations
- Indoor work in residential units, communal areas, and maintenance shops
- Outdoor work throughout the property grounds
- Travel between nearby communities may be required based on need
