General Job Description:

A student worker for the Department of World Languages and Cultures is a representative of the office both in the office and on campus. The appointed individual will:

• Answer phones/aide in greeting visitors.
• Use office equipment (ex) photocopiers, fax machine, etc.
• Use phone etiquette, computer literacy is required.
• Enter data accurately.
• Run campus errands.
• Learn particulars/responsibilities of the office.
• Be a friendly and outgoing/team player.

Salary and Hours

• Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.

• Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week.
