Production Operator (Forklift Operator) - 1st Shift

We are currently looking for a Production Operator!

1st Shift schedule starting time at 5:30am.
Operator Pay Range $22.80/hour and up, based on experience. 
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITES:

• Operate designated equipment to transport materials from one location to another.
• Certified to operate dolly, pallet jack and/or forklift while loading supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for trim output and consumption record keeping, Navision consumption, printing Navision generated tracking reports, verify data and address any discrepancies.
• Responsible for power consumption record keeping, Navision consumption, printing Navision generated tracking reports, verify data and address any discrepancies.
• Responsible for quality assurance and across contamination inspections of the line.
• Ensure the Urschel heads are calibrated according to the product specifications.
• Ensure that associates are properly reworking product.
• Replace standard machinery parts when needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• At least ONE YEAR as a Machine Operator and at least six months for forklift experience.
• Driver's license may be required.
• Great attitude and reliability.
• Spanish is a plus!

 REQUIREMENTS/WORK CONDITIONS: Working is performed in a warehouse/production type atmosphere where the temperature is as low as 32 degrees (typically 45-55 degrees). Noise level in the production environment may require the use of hearing protection. Requires standing for long periods of time frequently twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting material up to 50lbs.
