Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models.
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients clearly.
Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service completion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience in a professional setting.
ASE certification preferred; must have a valid driver's license.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
