In this role, you'll partner with clients to design personalized vacations, coordinate travel details, and provide exceptional support throughout the planning process. What You Will Do

Meet with clients to learn about their travel interests, vacation goals, preferred destinations, schedules, and budgets
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, attractions, and vacation packages
Create personalized travel recommendations based on each client's preferences and priorities
Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details through approved travel partners
Prepare travel itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documents, and important pre-departure information
Assist with itinerary changes, reservation updates, cancellations, and special travel requests
Review travel arrangements to help ensure every booking is accurate and complete
Stay connected with clients by providing updates, answering questions, and offering support throughout the planning journey
Maintain organized client files, booking records, and communication history using company systems
Utilize preferred supplier relationships and company resources to deliver exceptional travel experiences
Continue expanding your destination knowledge through ongoing training, supplier education, and professional development

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved countires/regions
