Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of care and documentation. Exhibit flexibility and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in critical situations. Assess and respond appropriately to medical emergencies involving residents or staff, using sound judgment and established protocols.
