Use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment. Understands state regulations for a clean and sanitary department. Assists in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals. Wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen. Washes dishes, cookware, flatware, etc., with dish washer or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area. Performs cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dish washing area and assists in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers, clean.
