Schedule and complete tours with potential clients as well as other community members when needed. Coordinate all admissions/move-ins to include but not limited to: Collaborating with other staff to make certain that move-in day goes smoothly. Assure that the room/apartment meets the standards of the facility before the new resident arrives. Prior to move-in, make certain apartment keys, access card, parking permit, computer information regarding residents, and any other pre-move-in arrangements are made. Able to be present on move-in day to facilitate a smooth transition. Coordinate and schedule all trial residencies. Complete inquiry and application process and send out any necessary correspondence to applicant or designated family member/friend.
