About the role:
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding patients on their journey to recovery and helping them regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans that align with patients’ goals.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and exercises to facilitate recovery.
Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, treatment options, and home exercise programs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.
Stay current with industry trends, advancements in physical therapy, and best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
