Your kindness will be seen, valued, and celebrated every day.   Come be part of something truly meaningful, in a place that feels like home.Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure Available to respond throughout the shift for all GRC (independent living residents) needs/concerns and activated emergency alarm call system; assesses need for treatment (911). Makes rounds of the internal and external buildings and parking lots Responds to GRC/independent emergency situations to resolve any incident that could potentially harm personnel, residents, and visitors. Calls for outside assistance as needed. Responds to emergency call systems and fire alarms. Contains fire until fire department arrives and assists departments with moving residents and controlling crowds. Inspect all areas of the facility for safety and fire hazards. Documents findings and notifies supervisor and safety committee.
