Licensed Professional Counselor | Full-Time Remote Role

We are searching for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position delivering therapy through telehealth. This role is focused on helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns through regular counseling support and thoughtful treatment planning.

This position includes virtual sessions, clinical assessments, progress tracking, and documentation. It is ideal for an LPC who wants a clear schedule, ongoing client interaction, and a remote work setup that supports focused clinical care.

Position Details:
Location: Connecticut
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients
  • Assess presenting concerns and identify treatment needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Complete progress notes and all required documentation
  • Monitor client response to treatment and adjust care as needed
  • Follow all state, ethical, and clinical guidelines
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Connecticut
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Experience providing mental health counseling services
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with telehealth technology
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting
  • 2 weeks PTO
