Liquid Personnel is hiring a Social Worker for theMental Health Team in Enfield.
About Job:
You'll collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide the best possible care and support.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing therapeutic interventions and ongoing support.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Offering crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
