Bosco's Automotive, Inc. – Enfield, CT
Bosco's Automotive is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Parts Department. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time for the right candidate. If you're organized, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are interested in building a long-term career in the heavy-duty truck repair industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and stock heavy-duty truck parts and supplies.
- Assist technicians in locating and supplying the correct parts for repairs.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory.
- Process warranty parts, returns, and core returns.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the shop.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn shop management software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
