Rotating 12-hour Day Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Provide hands-on technical support for production-related equipment issues by diagnosing failures, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and restoring automated workcells to safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Perform daily quality checks on pipette tips and packaging components by identifying defects, isolating nonconforming product, and supporting mold cavity blocking and unblocking activities in accordance with established procedures.
Troubleshoot, adjust and repair injection molding and automation equipment, including sensors, pneumatic valves, air cylinders, robotics, gears, pulleys, belts, and other mechanical and electrical components.
Set up, start up and optimize automated workcells and packaging lines, including label printers, shrink-wrap machines, and related auxiliary equipment, to support stable production and consistent product quality.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, routine adjustments, and minor corrective repairs on automated production equipment using appropriate tools and procedures to improve equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
Accurately document production, maintenance and quality data, communicate equipment status and recurring issues, and support the prioritization of troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement activities to maintain safe and efficient cleanroom production.
What sets you apart
High school diploma or equivalent and approximately 3+ years of hands‑on experience with operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated production equipment. Experience as an Automation, Maintenance, or Workcell Technician is preferred.
Strong technical judgement and root cause analysis skills.
Comfortable working with pneumatics, sensors, gears, pulleys, belts, and related mechanical and electrical components in a production environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with peers, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners and assist with training others.
