Job Description

As a Project Manager at Eurofins Donor & Product Testing, you will lead the end-to-end execution of internal projects, managing timelines, resources, and milestones from design through go-live and post-implementation support. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of the identified project or portion of a project, which includes leading both internal and external resources to meet the established implementation milestones, targeted completion dates, and keeping the project within scope and within budget.

You’ll be the main point of contact for teams, aligning technical staff, management, outside resources and executive stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. It is expected that the Project Manager is capable of managing multiple simultaneous engagements in complex environments.

  • Project Leadership & Execution
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of projects
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Drive accountability for milestones (design, build, testing, go-live, post-go-live support).
    • Manage resources and time tracking for projects
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a main point of contact for project teams
    • Facilitate communication between all parties involved.
    • Proactively identify risks and manage issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Startup Adaptability
    • Work across ambiguous situations, adapting enterprise PM practices to DPT’s lean and dynamic model.
    • Partner with leadership to evolve templates, and delivery playbooks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with Testing Departments, Quality/Regulatory Assurance, Quality Control, and Management Team.
    • Ensure handoffs and dependencies are managed seamlessly across all teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project management, ideally within healthcare, consulting, or health system operations leading cross-functional project teams, including oversight of workstream leads to ensure timely delivery of milestones and exceed client expectations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing project financials, including proactive monitoring and resolution of project-related issues
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in implementations, upgrades, or workflow automation.
  • Strong PM fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management models, workflows, and systems such as Monday.com. PMP certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement training.

 

We value in-person collaboration and connection. This role requires working on-site at our HQ office at least four days a week.
